When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're enquiring about, and any message you write. We do not collect information about you from any other source.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and provide a free quote for the exterior cleaning service you've asked about. We process this information on the basis of your consent in submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from prospective customers.

How your information is handled

The contact form on this site is processed using Netlify Forms, which delivers your submission to us. A copy is also sent by email to hoppersexteriorcleaning@gmail.com, the inbox Ben uses to manage enquiries and quotes. This website's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which may process your IP address as part of delivering those font files when a page loads.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and — if you go ahead — carry out and follow up on the work. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we don't keep the information longer than necessary.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is only accessible to Ben (as the person running the business) and to Netlify, the platform that hosts this website and processes the contact form submission on our behalf as a data processor.
